At Crafted Byu, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help within the terms below.
✅ Returns & Refund Eligibility
- You may return eligible physical items within 30 days of purchase.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
- You must contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return request.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Used or damaged items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Free or promotional items
- Digital products (e.g., SVG, PNG files, downloads) – All digital sales are final and non-refundable
- Change of mind
- Any item that has already left our facility (either shipped or picked up)
If your item has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order, but a 10% restocking fee will apply.
💰 Return Shipping Costs
- If your return is approved, you will receive a return label.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if prepaid by us.

- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- A clear photo if the item is defective or damaged
Once your return is approved and the item is received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
