Refund Policy

Crafted Byu guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase.

To return products, please return them in their original boxes and packaging. You will receive a refund for returned products.

Any item found to be defective will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Contact Crafted Byu within: 5 days of delivery.

The following returns will not be accepted:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Custom orders
  • Free products

Change of mind

If your item has left our facility (via postage or picked up) we will not provide a refund or exchange for these items.

If your items have not left our facility (awaiting pick up or have been packaged and waiting to be labeled for post) there will be a 10% restocking fee.

To request a refund, please send an email to [hello@craftedbyu.com.au]. In your refund request, please include your purchase information and a description of the product you wish to return.

Once your refund request is received, you will be sent a return label. You may use the return label to return your product to us.

Once your product is received by us, your refund will be credited to your account within 7 business days.

Australian Law

This Refund Policy is subject to Australian law. Any disputes arising out of this Refund Policy will be resolved in the Australian courts.
