Refund policy

At Crafted Byu, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help within the terms below.

✅ Returns & Refund Eligibility

  1. You may return eligible physical items within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  3. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
  4. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return request.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  1. Used or damaged items
  2. Custom-made or personalized products
  3. Free or promotional items
  4. Digital products (e.g., SVG, PNG files, downloads) – All digital sales are final and non-refundable
  5. Change of mind
  6. Any item that has already left our facility (either shipped or picked up)

If your item has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order, but a 10% restocking fee will apply.

💰 Return Shipping Costs

  1. If your return is approved, you will receive a return label.
  2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  3. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if prepaid by us.

📧 How to Request a Refund

  1. Your order number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. A clear photo if the item is defective or damaged

Once your return is approved and the item is received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
